Zentarra runs in Microsoft Azure. Its current production backend, worker and SQL services run in UK South; the web interface is hosted through Azure Static Web Apps.

Access is checked on the server

Workspace and user permissions, governed semantic-layer access and read-only query enforcement control how business data is accessed. Query size and usage controls help keep activity within configured limits.

Credentials stay out of the frontend

Database credentials and application secrets are managed through Azure configuration and secrets. Controls include credential redaction, audit records and operational logging.

AI works with relevant context

Depending on the operation, question text and approved schema or semantic metadata may be processed by Microsoft Azure OpenAI, reported in UK South for the current production configuration. Database credentials and connection strings are not part of the analytical prompt.

Queries are validated before execution

Database access remains subject to configured permissions. Many diagnostic flows are designed to record counts or operational metadata rather than SQL, result rows, passwords, tokens or connection strings. This is not a claim that every application record is free of question text or personal information.

Product privacy information

Read the Zentarra application privacy information for account and telemetry data, reported providers and regions, retention boundaries and remaining verification. Resource regions alone do not establish that all processing stays in the UK.

Evaluate without connecting your database

The current guided evaluation uses one online data source controlled by AICowan. You do not need to provide your own database, credentials or customer records.
