  2. We review your applicationWe will contact you about suitability and next steps. Applying does not guarantee access.
  3. Receive your invitation if acceptedAgree your access details and participation terms, then receive instructions for your private workspace.
  4. Explore and share feedbackThe beta normally lasts 30 days from activation. Your invitation confirms dates, users and usage limits.

Your beta application

Individuals and businesses may apply. Participants must be 18 or over; overseas access requires written confirmation. Read the beta participation terms.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required. Please do not include passwords, connection strings or confidential customer information.

We use these details to assess your application and contact you about the beta. Applications are stored privately in Microsoft Azure and deleted 12 months after submission by a daily cleanup. A copy is securely delivered to the separate Zentarra Admin Portal for manual review. Delivery does not create an account or grant access; deleting the website record does not delete the Zentarra copy. A reference-only notification is sent to AICowan's Microsoft 365 mailbox.
