Who the beta is for

Analysts, data professionals and business users who want to explore AI-assisted reporting using supplied demonstration data. Individuals and businesses are welcome. Applications are reviewed so we can provide suitable access and support.

How beta access works

Explore a private demo workspace using synthetic business data and share your feedback with us. You do not need to connect your own database or provide customer records.

• Free access; no payment details required
• Normally 30 days from activation, with dates confirmed in your invitation
• One named user by default; additional users require written agreement
• Support to get started and ask questions during the beta
• Usage limits and available features confirmed before activation

What happens when the beta ends?

Access normally ends 30 days after activation, on the date confirmed in your invitation, unless an extension is agreed. Export permitted results before that date.

• Workspace contents: access expiry does not automatically delete the workspace. The proposed deadline is deletion within 30 days after access ends, unless an extension or documented retention requirement applies. This timetable is not yet active: the deletion process must be implemented and verified before activation.
• Accounts and backups: deleting a workspace does not automatically delete the user account or immediately erase backup copies. These records need separate retention arrangements.
• Website applications: application-form records are separate. They expire 12 months after submission and are removed by the daily cleanup, normally within the next day; outages may delay this.
