1. Arrange access

Apply for the free beta to evaluate Zentarra. Before activation, confirm users, dates and usage limits in writing. An application does not automatically create an account.

2. Open your workspace

Follow the sign-in instructions provided during onboarding. Use your own named-user access and keep sign-in links private. The demonstration source is supplied by AICowan; you do not need to connect a database. Available features depend on your workspace configuration.

3. Ask a specific question

Include the measure, time period and grouping. For example: “Show total return cost by return reason, combining all years.” This is the question illustrated on the Product page. If wording is ambiguous, clarify it rather than assuming the first interpretation is right.

4. Check the result

• Confirm the metric, dates, filters and grouping match your question.
• Review available source fields, assumptions and query explanations.
• Read the trust explanation and quality warnings. A high score is not proof that every business assumption is correct.
• Decide whether you need a follow-up question.

5. Keep useful work

Where enabled, save a useful query or add a result to a dashboard. Reusing a question helps with recurring reporting, but figures may change as the source changes.

6. Export before expiry

Beta access normally lasts 30 days; your invitation confirms the dates. Expiry does not automatically delete the workspace, but you cannot rely on continued access to its contents. Use CSV export for displayed rows and available chart/report exports where enabled. Open downloaded files to check that they contain what you need.

An exported result is a snapshot, not a backup of the whole workspace. Do not assume a CSV file preserves dashboards, query history or every saved item. Request help before expiry. The beta normally lasts 30 days, with dates confirmed in your invitation. The default beta permits displayed-result CSV export up to 1,000 rows, but not raw CSV or SQL export. Supported exports are watermarked; saved queries, dashboards and reports cannot be shared under the default beta policy.

One number, several checks

This fictional example explains how to assess an answer. It is not a customer result, a live query or Zentarra's scoring formula.

Question: “How much did revenue grow from Q3 to Q4?”

Example definition: revenue is the sum of recorded sales amounts in GBP, using calendar quarters and identical inclusion rules. Check the configured definition in a real workspace rather than assuming this applies.

Check the meaning as well as the arithmetic

Confirm whether revenue includes VAT, returns or cancelled orders, whether the periods are complete, and whether both figures use the same currency and filters.

Read the trust explanation

Zentarra's configured checks can provide information about semantic governance, executed results, field coverage and joins. Read what was checked alongside data-quality information. Missing data or an unsuitable definition can still undermine a plausible result. No trust score is assigned to this fictional example.
